Fallout T-60 Power Armor (2025)
McFarlane Toys introduced their new line of Elite Edition 7-inch action figure line, starting in September 2025. This line of action figures is supposed to be highly detailed with superb paint apps, cloth goods (if the figure calls for it), high quality plastic (?), and comes with a ton of accessories. All this comes at a price point of $60, that’s double the cost of a typical action figure. If you have not kept up with the average action figure, post-Trump’s tariffs, action figures are now $30 to $35 on average.
In addition, those who buys an Elite figure will find a random Elite Reward Card packaged inside. The most common card is a black card for 50 points. You can get lucky and get a Gray 300 points, or instant “win” card of Red Card (prototype) or Gold Card (autographed prototype). From my understanding, you still may have to pay for shipping or additional cost for these figures (which are not sold to the public). I would love an autographed McFarlane or anything Fallout-related, but seeing as they cost 800 points (I only have 50!), I’ll probably never own them.
Being a massive Fallout fan, I had to get the T-60 Power Armor Elite Figure, and I love it. It’s quite heavy (lots of plastic), and details and articulation are quite good. The plastic is not as stiff or hard to move as other McFarlane standard figures. It comes with a standard McFarlane foot stand, but you don’t really need it as the figure is well balanced and stands on its own quite well.
My only complaint is that it is just too expensive at $60. At that price, I’m unlikely to collect the entire line. I would love to add Lucy and the NCR Ranger to my Fallout Collection, but I don’t want to spend $120 to get them. So, for now, the T-60 may be my own figure in my Fallout Collection.
Thankfully, McFarlane is offering cheaper version, in his so-called “Deluxe” line of Fallout action figures for $35 each, which was previously revealed on or around Fallout Day 2025: Maximus, Ghoul, Val, Hank, and Cooper Howard. Again, I probably won’t buy them all, but I’ll get a few here and there. It’s definitely more affordable.
