■ Drew & EllieDrew Holcomb and the Neighbors is an Americana band from Memphis and East Nashville, Tennessee. The band was formed in 2005 by Drew Holcomb (lead vocals, guitar, harmonica). The other band members are Nathan Dugger (guitar, keys) and Rich Brinsfield playing bass.
Drew & Ellie Holcomb
Nashville husband-and-wife duo Drew & Ellie Holcomb have announced extended tour dates, and resuming their tour with their longtime friends Needtobreathe. The new dates include the special annual Neighborly Christmas shows in December.
Drew & Ellie Holcomb at Florida Theatre (Feb 11, 2026)
We caught the couple in Feb 2026 and noted, “Beloved husband-and-wife duo Drew & Ellie Holcomb returned to the Florida Theatre, in Jacksonville, on February 11, 2026. Unlike last year’s Jacksonville appearance in Feb 2025, the couple wrangled their old band The Neighbors for this 2026 tour. The show is broken into two parts (no opening band). The first part features just Drew & Ellie, very low-key, sitting down with a couple of acoustic guitars. The two traded songs, with Drew doing one of his songs, followed by one of Ellie’s song. Ellie would “cover” one of Drew’s song, etc. The first part of the show felt very personal. They two talk about going to the Jacksonville Zoo. They took their kids with them on tour, so sometimes you can see their son or daughter running around the venue (with the nanny chasing them). ”

■ Sufjan StevensSufjan Stevens is an American singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Co-founded Asthmatic Kitty Records with his stepfather
Sufjan Stevens
Christmas-lover Sufjan Stevens announced his new holiday album, Worst Christmas Ever!… set for release on 6 November 2026 via Asthmatic Kitty. The album will also feature 15 essentials of Sufjan’s indie-Christmas staples, drawn from more than 100 Christmas recordings across the box sets Songs for Christmas and Silver & Gold, plus the previously unheard track ‘On This Christmas (It Only Gets Better)’.
If you didn’t know, Sufjan first started making Christmas music in 2001. They would record the songs with friends and family, and in five years, he created five Christmas-themed albums (entitled Songs for Christmas, Vols. 1-5). The tradition continues, and by 2012, his record label Asthmatic Kitty released Volume 6-10, retitled as Silver & Gold: Songs for Christmas. The upcoming Worst Christmas Ever! compiles all the fan-favorites, all the “best of” (or “worst of”) of these Christmas songs.
These songs will include guests: Aaron and Bryce Dessner of The National, Richard Reed Parry of Arcade Fire, Cat Martino, Gabriel Kahane, Casey Foubert, James McAlister, Rosie Thomas, Marla Hansen, Olivier Manchon, Sebastian Krueger, and Daniel, Elin, Lilly, and Ida Smith of Danielson.
P.S. If you’re in Cleveland, at Beachland Ballroom, there is a special We’re All Gonna Die: Tribute to Sufjan Stevens presented by Prince Tucker to celebrate all-things Sufjan, on December 19, 2026.
